Stop chasing updates
Replace scattered texts, notebook pages, and memory with one board everyone can check.
Shared work without the software overhead
Turnboards gives small, hands-on teams one fast place for jobs, assignments, notes, and next steps—even when the signal drops.
Currently free on iPhone, iPad, and Android. No complicated setup required.

When texts and paper stop working
Full project-management products are powerful, but that power adds setup, training, and screens. Turnboards is for teams that only need to know what the job is, who owns the next step, and what is finished.
Replace scattered texts, notebook pages, and memory with one board everyone can check.
Assign a task, add a due date or note, and let the crew see what needs attention now.
Turnboards does not try to be your CRM, scheduler, payroll system, or invoicing platform.
A five-minute start

Built for work that happens away from a desk
Start with a practical guide for your type of team. Turnboards stays the same simple tool; the board setup changes to fit the work.
Track shop jobs, field work, material holds, assignments, and next operations without adding full production-control software.
Explore fabrication workflows →Property maintenanceKeep a live list by unit or property while your existing leasing and accounting tools stay in place.
Explore property workflows →Lawn and landscapingShare next steps and customer notes without pretending to replace routing, timekeeping, or invoicing.
Explore crew workflows →Farm workOrganize one-off field, barn, equipment, and seasonal work where internet access can be unreliable.
Explore farm workflows →Enough structure to stay organized
Give every job, project, property, or work area a focused list.
Assign people to boards and individual work items so each person can focus.
Keep clarifying details and timing attached to the task instead of buried in messages.
Continue working without a connection and sync changes after the app reconnects.
Backlog, Active, and Complete make progress obvious without workflow configuration.
Put the same shared list in the hands of people using either mobile platform.
Why people keep it
“I use it to assign work to my employees, and they use it to add work items. Easy to use.”
“A lot of project management apps are too much work to actually use. This app is actually easy to use.”
“I work on several different books at once, and I use this to keep track of my ideas. It keeps me organized.”
Why I built Turnboards
I do not want another tool that demands training, constant configuration, and extra steps before real work can begin. Turnboards is intentionally the bare-minimum work manager I wanted: fast enough to use in the moment, clear enough for a crew to understand, and useful without becoming another job to maintain.
