From template to live work
Templates add work to a board. They do not silently switch the board's industry, rename its stages, or move existing items.
Select only the tasks that apply. Turnboards identifies matching items already on the target board or group.
If the workflow differs, map template stages and categories to the board. Admins can create a missing category or use Uncategorized.
The selected tasks appear immediately as editable work with the same assignments, notes, offline sync, and quick creation used everywhere else.
Start with the user problem and observable acceptance criteria. Confirm the design and technical approach only to the degree needed to implement a coherent change.
Automated tests, behavior review, and edge cases remain visible instead of becoming assumptions buried in a ticket comment.
Deployment is not the final checkbox. Add release or support context where needed, deploy the change, and verify the intended behavior in production.
Turnboards is a lightweight issue workflow. It does not provide source control, CI/CD, code review, dependency planning, sprint analytics, incident response, product roadmaps, or enterprise portfolio management.
Not in this template release. References and notes can link the work manually, while code and reviews stay in your development tools.
