Start with the actual operation
A useful farm list depends on the animals, crops, facilities, equipment, season, weather, and people involved. Remove generic items and add the work your qualified lead expects today.
Record an issue and escalate it
The sheet can make a concern visible, but it does not diagnose animal health, equipment, chemical, or safety problems. Record what was observed and notify the responsible person.
Turnboards does not recreate recurring chores
Copy current work into a shared board when assignments and offline updates help. Turnboards does not automatically generate the next daily or seasonal checklist.
What Turnboards does—and does not do
Turnboards is a fast shared work list with boards, assignments, notes, due dates, offline updates, and Backlog, Active, and Complete statuses. It does not provide automated recurring checklists, photo-proof reports, invoicing, employee scheduling, GPS tracking, or formal inspection records.
