Turnboards coordinates walkthrough findings and make-ready tasks. It does not provide required photo evidence, condition reports, deposit documentation, tenant portals, vendor payments, purchasing, job costing, or formal owner reporting.

Does every unit need its own board?
No. A board represents a building and unit turns are grouped within it, including active and historical turns.
Does Turnboards generate the same checklist for every unit?
No. Workers capture the actual issues found during the walk. A printable checklist is available as a separate starting point.
Can two people walk the same unit?
Yes. Multiple organization members can join the same active walk session and their captured items stay attached to it.
