Templates add work to a board. They do not silently switch the board's industry, rename its stages, or move existing items.
Review
Select only the tasks that apply. Turnboards identifies matching items already on the target board or group.
Map
If the workflow differs, map template stages and categories to the board. Admins can create a missing category or use Uncategorized.
Load
The selected tasks appear immediately as editable work with the same assignments, notes, offline sync, and quick creation used everywhere else.
Use the list as a starting point, not a claim about the unit
The eight items cover common access, surfaces, flooring, electrical, plumbing, appliance, HVAC, cleaning, and final-quality work. Review the list before loading and remove anything that does not apply.

Choose a unit so every resulting item is grouped automatically. Missing trades can be created by a workspace administrator or mapped to an existing category or Uncategorized.

Preserve the turn after completion
The template items remain ordinary unit work. Complete and archive the turn only after active work is done, then start a fresh historical turn for the same unit when needed later.
What this template does—and does not do
This template provides common make-ready work prompts. It does not inspect the apartment automatically or replace lease requirements, local codes, safety procedures, condition reports, deposit documentation, photo evidence, purchasing, costing, or licensed-trade judgment.
Frequently asked questions
Does it create tasks automatically during CSV import?
No. CSV import creates building boards and unit groups only. You explicitly load this template or capture findings during a walk.
Can I load it into one apartment?
Yes. Select the unit before loading and all selected items are grouped with that turn.
What if my trade names are different?
The compatibility preview lets you map every template trade, create missing categories if you are an admin, or use Uncategorized.
