Plan by decision point, not by an enormous generic list

Start with dates, access, transport, help, utilities, and what will not move. Those decisions determine which packing and moving-day actions are actually relevant.

Give essential items a separate path

Documents, medication, chargers, keys, basic tools, cleaning supplies, bedding, and first-night needs should not disappear into general boxes. Adapt the essentials list to your household.

  • Name an owner
  • Label destination rooms
  • Keep carried items separate
  • Leave time for a final walkthrough

Use Turnboards when several people share the move

Create one board for current move actions, assign only the work each person owns, and keep finished steps visible. Keep sensitive documents and detailed inventories outside the app.

What Turnboards does—and does not do

Turnboards is a fast shared work list with boards, assignments, notes, due dates, offline updates, and Backlog, Active, and Complete statuses. It does not provide automated recurring checklists, photo-proof reports, invoicing, employee scheduling, GPS tracking, or formal inspection records.

Put the next job on one clear board

Try Turnboards free. Create a board, add three real work items, and invite the person who needs the list next.
