Most todo/task management apps are just too complicated. They have too many options, and just creating an item takes way too long. I built Turnboards to be a simple solution that does only what you need. It doesn't have endless configuration options that most of you will never even care to know about. It's one flow, it works, and it's functional.
The over complications of software is especially prevalent among small business solutions. Many of the top project management apps out there are so packed with features that they are almost impossible for the everyday person to use. The project management software space is huge business, and many of these companies like Monday.com, Asana, and ClickUp end up building one-off features for this big customer or that big customer. It can quickly get out of hand to where you need a class just on how to use the app.
As an individual with a lot of personal projects, I wanted to create a solution for the everyday person. Maybe You're a small business owner or and individual - you can use this app. It's not going to overwhelm you. A few things you'll need to get the hang of at first, but after that it's just like writing on a notepad.
